For example, if you complete a Contact Us form, we may collect your salutation, name, email address, country, telephone number, company, title, and any comments or queries you choose to submit. In each such instance, you will know what personal information we collect, because you actively submit it. We endeavor to clearly label which information is required and which information is optional in all cases.
